Mark Kleanthous is an elite endurance Triathlete, he has competed in over 1,000 races world wide in over 14 countries.
Swimming 100m- Sprint -Olympic & Ironman distance-Swimathon (5km) twice in a day to a relay English Channel swim.
Cycling 10-25-50-100 miles to the 12 hour time trial. Cycled from Land’s End to John O Groat’s 874 miles (1,399km)
Running from the mile-5k-10km-21km-marathon-double marathon-100km and beyond.
Mark has crossed the finish line in over 400 triathlons worldwide.
From Super Sprint races to Olympic, over 30 Ironman, 2 Double Ironman and a grueling Triple Ironman distance event.
Mark has won a triathlon outright in the morning and finished 2nd in another triathlon in the afternoon!
Mark has also achieved a 1,000 Push ups (Press ups) in 28 minutes.
